Free iPod at TD Canada Trust

It must be summer again because TD Canada Trust is having their “Free iPod” event.

You can get one of the following free iPods:

1. 1GB iPod shuffle in one easy step

Personal banking customers must switch their personal chequing account to TD Canada Trust using EasySwitch and set up one direct deposit or two pre-authorized debits.

2. 2GB iPod nano

Customers must switch their personal chequing account to TD Canada Trust using EasySwitch and set up one direct deposit or two pre-authorized debits AND either get a new TD Gold Visa or deposit $5000 into a Guaranteed Investment Account for 90 days.

3. 30GB iPod

Do all of the above.

This seems like a great deal if you happen to have $5K sitting around doing nothing. For a 30GB iPod (retail $249 US) it may be worth it!
