It’s Time To Chow Your Shoe and Lewis Too

I just read about John Chow’s competition with Shoemoney.com and I’m going to throw my own hat into the ring (read about the competition at JohnChow or ShoeMoney.)
Let’s see if you can help increase my readership and destroy both John and Jeremy at their own game. So let the competition begin.
Personally, I’m a Lewis fan first, then a Chow fan but I’ll let you decide.

OK, so I joined your RSS. Did you join mine? Also, I want to see you’re post about my competition.
I didn’t see lots increase of you RSS so far. What will you do to beat them?
I’m up by over 30% in six days! John has added 684 (as of today) which is a 7.97% increase.
Assuming this constant rate of increase for both of us, I should pass John on March 28, 2008 with 85,119 readers. What do you think?
Calculations:
Me = 42 x (1.3125^28) = 85,119
John = 9269 x (1.079674^28)= 79,291
28 periods x 6 days each = 168 days

It may be worth a percentage of profit …hehehe…now there’s a business idea for you.
With $125, I’d purchase a hosting plan from Netfirms ($10 right now - see my Special Offers category) and get the two free domains. Next, I’d sign up to commission junction or something like that and start selling off affiliate products.
With the remaining $115, I might either buy a few more $4.95 domain names or use AdSense to bring some visitors to the site.
Let me know if this works for you! Way to go on not following the masses and blowing the $125 on junk.
